Nacido en Buenos Aires, Argentina, el 20 de septiembre de 1946. Abogado (UBA, 1971). Estudios de post-grado en Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas (UADE, 1973) y Mediación (A.A.B.A., 1996). Miembro del Departamento de Asuntos Laborales de la Coordinadora de Productos Alimenticios -C.O.P.A.L.- (desde 1993), del Departamento de Política Social de la Unión Industrial Argentina -U.I.A.- (desde 2001), de la Comisión Técnica Asesora del Consejo Consultivo Permanente de la Ley de Riesgos del Trabajo (2003). Integrante de la Mesa de Diálogo para la Promoción del Trabajo Decente (MTESS, 2002), del Consejo Consultivo Permanente de la Asociación Argentina de Productores Asesores de Seguros –AAPAS- (desde 2003), del Consejo Asesor de la Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos –A.F.I.P.- (desde 2004), del Consejo Nacional del Empleo, la Productividad y el Salario Mínimo Vital y Móvil (desde 2004), de la Comisión Directiva de la Asociación Argentina de Derecho del Trabajo y la Seguridad Social (2004-2006). Conferencista, disertante y moderador de varios seminarios, foros y jornadas de derecho del trabajo. Autor de varias publicaciones jurídicas.

Lecturer and moderator in several seminaries, forums and meetings of Labor Law. Author of several legal publications.
